Doorbell just stopped connecting. Says offline for the past week, I have tried reseting everything, Internet, phone, tablet, and doorbell, nothing works. Doorbell will not show up in bluetooth or wi-fi. I can see clips of myself on the saved video but that is random. Not sure what to do! Also has anyone had the front of the doorbell to peel? The doorbell is under the porch roof and not in direct sun.

I can't explain why your Nest Hello doorbell is suddenly offline.
The peeling is a common problem after a couple of years; if you search this forum for "peeling" you'll find over 400 posts. Google Nest says they "cannot" replace peeling doorbells if they are past the 1-year warranty. One of ours is peeling, so we bought a silicone skin on Amazon to cover the peeling shards.
