Nest Hello won’t connect to WiFi

Anyone know why Nest Hello Battery won’t find my WiFi during setup?

Gone into Home app, followed all the instructions but my WiFi network is nowhere to be seen, and won’t find it manually.

My Pixel 4, Home Mini, Nest Mini and Chromecast Ultra are all connected to my WiFi and working independently and in the Home app.

Tried contacting Google Support and they’re beyond useless.

This may be a long shot, but when I setup my doorbell it didnt display my 5ghz wifi network but only the default 2.4 ghz wifi network.

Could this be the case for you? Does your router have both also and Is your wifi 2.4ghz network enabled.

The doorbell may not support the 5ghz range
