Nest Hub does not display the camera when the nest hello doorbell is pressed

Opening a new ticket since my last one was closed.  I reset the Nest Hello, deleted from my account, readded it and there is zero change.  Pushing the button alerts my phone on the nest app, but neither of my Nest Hub's have any clue the button was pushed.   Super aggravating!

I'm having the same issue as below: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Nest-Doorbell-wired-Video-doesn-t-show-...

I have two nest hubs and a nest mini (which is currently unplugged), neither of the hubs show or announce a doorbell ring.  I CAN say show me the front door and it shows it, but nothing happens when someone rings the bell.  I've reset the hub, made sure announcements are turned on, made sure DO NOT DISTURB is turned off, what else could be the problem?  This is probably a 1st gen? wired Nest Hello.

@KurganQ2

I'm assuming you have "Visitor announcements" turned on on your Google Nest Hello Doorbell (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451?hl=en).

Is your Google Nest Hello Doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as your Nest Hubs and Nest Mini? If you plug in your Nest Mini, do you get visitor announcements on the Nest Mini?

Yes on the same home group, visitor announcements is in and yes the mini WILL announce just not either of the hubs.  The hubs made an audio announcement once when the camera was offline for some reason due to Wi-Fi oddities. As soon as the camera can back online there is no audio or video when the button is pressed.  If I tell the hub to show my front door camera it works fine that way.  The main reason I bought it however was to announce and show the front door when people come.

@KurganQ2

Well, I'm just another Google Nest customer, but it SHOULD work. I have seen posts from customers with the new 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell who can't get "visitor announcements" to work, but yours is the first one with a Nest Hello where it's not working.
