I am in the process of setting this camera up on the NEST app and I was able to put the product key code however nothing comes up when it says: choose the last 4 digits of your nest camera. There is no list to choose from. What am I doing wrong?

Are you by any chance reinstalling your Nest IQ Camera after it was previously installed in a different Google Nest "home/structure"?
If so, have you first done a factory reset?

No, it is a brand new device. I was told that the IQ cannot be installed on the NEST app so why I could choose it from the list of devices?

The Google Nest IQ Indoor Camera hasn't been sold in a couple of years.
If you actually have the new, 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera (https://store.google.com/product/nest_cam_indoor), it needs to get installed in the Google Home app. If you TRY to install it in the Google Nest app, getting a blank list of serial numbers is one of the things that can go wrong.

Ok np. I thought IQ and 2nd generation were the same product 🤷♂️.
