Nest IQ outdoor camera (wired) in need of repairs

We purchased a home in 2023 with a Google nest installation that included 2 x Nest outdoor cameras (wired). One of the cameras has now stopped working - the power light doesn't come on & yet the power cable is still live (checked by plugging in a mobile phone on USB-C).
Is there somewhere that I can have the camera sent for repairs?

Thank you so much for posting in this community. I understand that one of your Nest Cams IQ outdoors isn't powering on and I appreciate that you tested the USB-C. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions: 

  • Has the camera ever powered on?
  • Are you using the original USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera?
  • Is the end of the cable with the rubber ring plugged into the camera?
    • Take a look at this:  if the logo on the USB connector is visible on the back of the camera. The visible logo indicates the USB connector is inserted correctly
  • Are there any kinks or frays in the cable?
  • Have you done any troubleshooting so far? 
  • Have you already tried to connect to a different power outlet?

As reminder: Nest Cam IQ Outdoor is highly recommended to be installed within its operating temperature range of -40° to 113°F (–40° to 45°C).

Regarding your question, we do not currently have a location for hardware repair.
