I've been on the phone with Google Nest Camera Support 3 times without a resolution. The nest cameras I have (4) are consistently loosing power within 2-3 days the batteries need recharging. The parameters are set at the least possible usage. While on the phone with the representatives they had me reinstall, reboot & update the phone as though I was installing a new product. That procedure did Not work.
So on the last phone conversation, I asked if the batteries were replaceable and could I purchase 4 due to the fact that the cameras were out of the warrant period. I was told by the representative that the batteries are not replaceable and I would have to purchase New Cameras. I told the representative that I wouldn't purchase a product that only lasts 2 years, so Google Nest is Out. After some research the batteries are replaceable but are hard to find. I will not purchase another camera from Google due to the fact that they want to force you to purchase there product and then give you a crock of Sh... about what there product consists of.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand your frustration with the Nest Cam (outdoor, battery) devices losing power every 2-3 days, especially since a warranty replacement wasn't possible due to them being out of warranty. I'm sorry the resolution was not what you expected. Help is here!
