My camera and all the insulation is flaking off in my hands. The internal wires look intact, and the camera was still functioning, but this seems to be a safety issue. It's 4 years old so no longer covered under warranty and support said too bad you're out of luck. If this is the quality I can expect, Why would i continue to support your home products. I'm not going to spend money on another replacement camera
