Can’t play back any history on any of our cameras. Just get still shots. We have 900mb up and down on our internet. Seems to be a new issue as of late. Things were working great two months ago

Did you by any chance have a free 30-day Nest Aware trial subscription that has since expired?
If you go to this page: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US, what subscription does it show? Nest Aware 30-day trial, Nest Aware, or Nest Aware Plus?
Except for the most recent 3 hours on the newer cameras, you need a Nest Aware subscription to view video history:

I would first check and make sure that you weren't on a trial for Nest Aware, or if there has been any changes to your subscription. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe.
