Nest history play back not working

Can’t play back any history on any of our cameras. Just get still shots.  We have 900mb up and down on our internet.  Seems to be a new issue as of late. Things were working great two months ago

Did you by any chance have a free 30-day Nest Aware trial subscription that has since expired?

If you go to this page: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US, what subscription does it show? Nest Aware 30-day trial, Nest Aware, or Nest Aware Plus?

Except for the most recent 3 hours on the newer cameras, you need a Nest Aware subscription to view video history:

I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. I would first check and make sure that you weren't on a trial for Nest Aware, or if there has been any changes to your subscription. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
