Our outdoor Nest Cam is currently in a dark mode and we can’t see anything outdoors now. The battery charger was not connected correctly but today we fixed that issue, now the camera is not functioning correctly in the dark. We are not able to see anything.
Has any here ever face that issue? If so, you can share some help please @All TIA

Is "Night vision" set to "Auto (default)"?

What I did was repower the camera and that seemed to do the trick.
