Good evening,
Having issues with a downloaded 5 min video clip from my nest camera which has no audio content. However watching the video clip from full history has full audio content.
Is there a max time limit a video clip can have audio included?
Thanks.

Hi Brad,
No issues with live feed or event recordings with audio. I have download shorter clips and have had no issues with audio.
I will try downloading another longer clip and see if that works.
Thanks again,
Bill

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Are you referring to the up to 5:00 minutes with clips?
Best Regards,
Brad

Hi Brad,
That is correct, smaller sized clips have audio. Is there an audio issue for longer downloaded clips?
As stated had no issue with audio playback from full event history, only when clip is downloaded.
Thank you.

Unfortunately not. That is the max length of clips. As for the sound, I would make sure that your device is recording sound first. Do you hear sound if you are able to view any sort of live feed?
Best regards,
Brad
