Nest Outdoor IQ Repair in ireland?

Hello,

My Nest Cam IQ Outdoor has stopped functioning completely after 1.5 years of purchasing it. 

It wont even factory reset, just completely frozen up. 

Unfortunately it is out of warranty now, so I would like to consider a repair option. Does anyone know of options in Ireland?
