My cam has been working fine for the last 3 years, now it has randomly gone offline. I've followed steps with restarting my modem, unplugging the camera, plugging it back into different power outlets, removed the device and tried reconnecting, but still get an "NC023" Error. Supposedly, this has to do with the bluetooth connection from my phone to the cam itself when trying to re-add it to my account. I've turned off Bluetooth and reboot my phone and still no change. My android phone is also fully up to date. Can anyone help? Or am I stuck having to purchase a new cam?

Similar to me. I did the factory reset to try to adjust but the doorbell does not connect anymore

Hey folks,
I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. NC023 error means your camera couldn’t connect to your phone through Bluetooth. You’ll need to make sure Bluetooth is working and is enabled on your device. Try these steps and let us know how it goes.
If all else fails, you can try to set up your camera without using Bluetooth if you have one of the following cameras:
You might want to use a different phone to set up your camera. You’ll need to install the Nest app on the other device and then follow the steps in the app to set up your camera.
Thanks,
Archie
