Our 4 Nest Outdoor cameras are not recording Anything .. Nothing .  All are charged and ready to do their job, but am getting no recordings.  Settings correct.  However let's hear what all the settings we need to check please?  Thanks, about to return them 😣 after a year of nothing but work charging them😣

Do you have a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription? Depending on your cameras: in the Google Home app, under Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware, what shows? In the Google Nest app, under Settings | Nest Aware, what shows?

If you have the Google Nest Battery Cameras, have you turned on event history for at least one event type under Settings | Events | Seen Events for each of your cameras in the Google Home app?

If you have these newer cameras, you should at least get event history for the most recent 3 hours even without a subscription, as long as you've turned on recording for at least one event type.

If you have the Google Nest Outdoor Cameras, which Google Nest has not sold for 2 years now, is "Video recording" turned on under Settings for each camera?

If you have these older cameras, you should at least get snapshot history for the most recent 3 hours even without a subscription as long as "Video recording" is turned on.

Thank you. Apparently our nest aware subscription had expired. I did not receive notification about the expiration but nonetheless, we renewed it and all is well. Thank you again for your response.
