I keep getting the message of “there is a problem connecting to the nest service. Try again in a few minutes.”
I have restarted my phone
deleted the app.
sign out of my account
still having the same issue

Are you setting up a new camera or has this been in place for a long time and now it has stopped working?
You may want to speak with a Nest Support person on the phone. You can open a support ticket here and be able to speak with someone after you enter the information. I believe they are there 24/7. Be read for maybe an hour phone call as it will take them a while to go thru the necessary trouble shooting.
