Nest Wi-Fi - cameras offline

Hey hey.

I have two nest cameras which are placed outdoors. Worked perfectly fine. Just bought a new Google nest router and extender. Everything went well except for the cameras which went offline. 
Read a lot of troubleshooting online but nothing works. Removed the two cameras from the home app. Rebooted booth of them to original settings.
Now - trying to add them again. Nothing happens. NO camera will connect. Just a looooot of waiting time for the home app to configure one camera. 

Please help.

I think you are going to need to speak with an actual google technician.  Here is how you can open a support ticket and talk to someone...

Hi,

 

Sorry my late reply here. 
After like 10 attempts to connect, I left the phone for like 15 min while just trying to connect the cams. Eventually, it started working again.  No idea what I did wrong initially. I guess I had the patience to wait the last time.
