Nest Doorbell Wired
I have replaced my existing mechanical doorbell with Nest Hello. It worked like a charm for a week and then the chime stopped working. On checking the mechanical chime connection, the wire connected to FRONT was burnt and spring was out. I have shared images to the customer service team.
Any ideas what can O do to fix this?
