Nest account did not transfer

My nest account didn't transfer over to google. I tried to log in through Google and now it tells me that my device is associated with a different account. 
When I go to Nest, where I am put in forgot password, and it never sent me any reset instructions or password to my email

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but am not following the details of what you describe. Perhaps this Google Nest Help page would be of some help; it has information about migrating from a Nest Account to a Google Account, including troubleshooting account migration issues.
