Hi Jon5,

Sorry to hear that. Let's see what's going on.

When did this start? Also, Is this happening on multiple phones?

Regards,

Steve

Hi there,

Gotcha. Please try connecting to a different Wi-Fi or using cellular data to check further. Also, try clearing your cache or lowering down your video quality in the settings.

Regards,

Steve

Ok found the issue. It fails on wifi only not on 4g. Again only fails when you either zoom in (pinch) or turn phone landscape and only on wifi

@Jon5

It sounds like you may have some wifi issues then. If your wifi isn't strong enough, if your settings are set to high quality it is going to struggle if you do not have the bandwidth to support the high quality footage.

Best regards,

Brad.

@Jon5

Though that meets the minimum requirement for our cams and doorbells to work, that is still not a very strong connection. I would suggest 100mbps or faster to have a smooth experience with your cams. They will drop connection less, and you will get better video quality in the end. You can start with restarting them first and see if you still have these drops in connection and speed.

Best regards,

brad.
