Hi Community Support,
I converted from Nest App to Google Home earlier this month. I need to download a video from my Nest Doorbell from the Google Home app history. I followed these steps. We have an active Nest subscription. I do not have the
"Controls" three lines in the bottom right hand side. Is it possible I have a subscription conversion issue? Whom do I contact to solve?
Nest Doorbell (wired) / Software 4110055
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Happy Holidays,
d-t

I confirmed my email address shows Nest Aware payment subscription, renewal Oct 2024, in Google Payments. I do not show the Nest Aware subscription under my email address, location: Google Account -> Subscriptions -> Manage Subscriptions area.

I'm a little confused about your situation, and what you mean by "converted from Nest App to Google Home".
If you migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676), then you should now log into the Google Nest app with the "Sign in with Google" option, using your Google Account. While you can see some aspects of your 1st gen cameras and doorbells in the Google Home app, you continue to use the Google Nest app or the home.nest.com website for most functions.
If you have 1st gen cameras and doorbells that were installed in the Google Nest app, you can only download clips in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.
(It is now possible to test out transferring 1st gen CAMERAS from the Google Nest app to the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, but that's not available for doorbells.)
I don't know why you can't see your Nest Aware subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions
Is your Nest Aware subscription a 1st gen subscription under the non-gmail account you were using with the Google Nest app?
If you go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app, what does it say? If you can't make sense out of it, you could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Hey everyone,
@d-t, thanks for reaching out to the Community. I wanted to check if you still need assistance with the Nest Doorbell (wired). Have you had a chance to review MplsCustomer’s response above? If so, how did you find it?
As MplsCustomer mentioned, if you have the first gen Nest Doorbell (wired), you can still use the Nest app or https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU website to save and download video clips.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
All the best,
Lance
