I see this are a lot of posts regarding this. For the past two months or so, video stops responding when reviewing recorded a live video. I have to swipe up to close the app out completely for it to work again, but it’s still only works for about a minute or so before doing it again. What is the solution for this?

This occurred with the latest Nest app update. The only solution is an update which has yet to happen. In fact the issue itself has yet to be acknowledged!

This issue NEEDS to be fixed. I just purchased 4 cameras and this is now happening...

yes can we have a fix been 2 months now cant even access people seen , seems to me more like Google trying to get rid of the NEST app and throw us all on Google Home app HORRIBLE

A new update; Nest App 5.68.1 Release for iOS has started rolling out to users, and will continue to roll out over the next few days. Manually update your app, and make sure to restart the device. Thank you for your patience!
