Nest aware availability in Portugal

Would like to know if Nest Aware would be made available in Portugal.

I would like to obtain assess to video recordings longer than 3 hours, and that not possible without a subscription

Any idea if going to be available in Portugal in the near future?

Or at least expand the 3h events to a longer period, so that can be used as a security camera?
