Nest aware offline

I posted back in November regarding loosing my video recording (nest aware) on my cameras. Read recently that the option was discontinued April 24.

Nest Aware subscriptions have NOT been discontinued. Ours continues to work.

Perhaps you saw someone misstating Google Nest's dropping of support for Dropcam and Nest Secure on April 8, 2024:

As suggested in your earlier posts, perhaps you should try contacting Support.
