I have signed up for Nest aware but nothing on the app changed. I cannot find where to turn it on and I have been down every menu multiple times. The app also keeps signing me out, and I am beyond frustrated. I would love some help please. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: is your Nest Aware added to the same email for your Nest products? What message do you get when you sign in? Do you have multiple homes on your account?
