Can someone please advise on process to recharge nest battery camera battery? Have unsuccessfully tried recharging multiple cameras when they are at 10% and only thing that works is removing or resetting cameras to factory settings which doesn’t seem right. Have tried charging with camera turned off and on with no luck.
would be good to have user friendly instructions on how to recharge and if removing or letting battery completely drain is the recommended or only process which presents a whole other set of issues from a security monitoring perspective.
