Nest battery doorbell

I have just installed a nest battery door bell .I have also wired it to a transformer so it'll remain charged .this all works fine .the main service I required was that when a visitor presses the door bell I could set it to call my phone and not just receive a push notification as modern phones are continually bleeping with notifications so they are to easy to miss .why is this option not available when so many of your competitors have this option . Is there going to be an upgrade to enable this function soon .if not Ill have to change to ring doorbell .this would be a serious flaw and I would not recommend it to anyone

Exact same situation with my Google Doorbell. I have no tone on my iPhone at all, just a pop up message on the display. I have vibration on my Apple Watch if someone press the button. I'm thinking to return this product as it is not as described. In the advert, they said it is calling mobile phone if somebody presses the button. It is not the case.
