Nest cam (battery) does not have event notification option

I've god two cams. Identical. One I installed a year ago a new one just today. But I'm having issues that the new cam won't let me set up event notifications. On my first cam (old) I got this option under notifications. But I don't have it on my new cam. How can I configure this?

On both of your battery cameras (we have one), you should be able to go to Settings | Events | Scene events for your camera in the Google Home app and select the events you want to record, after selecting them, you can then select whether you want to receive notifications for those events. Once set up there, it should show up under Settings | Notifications.
