Nest cam battery not charging

Just bought a nest cam  (battery) arrived last night. I cannot get it to charge. No white light. In app an infinity symbol is showing. (Have tried different outlets / checked that it is plugged in correctly)

Would really appreciate some advise

Are you getting a blue light when you plug the camera into the charger?

Apologies, I thought I replied and can’t see the response in the chain. No blue light (green light when camera is on is the only light)

Yikes, sounds like something is def. up with your device.  Have you tried doing a factory reset? You press the button on the back using a paperclip or pin until you see a solid yellow light.
