Nest cam can not reconnect

Have a Nest cam that went off line due to a power stoppage. Can not reconnect it thru Nest or Google. It will not let me delete the camera and reinstall. Tried app on phone and tried on computer. Always says there is a problem.

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • What specific model of the Nest Camera do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your camera model.
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • What's the status LED light of your camera?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
  • Could you describe the exact error you're experiencing?
