Do you have a Dropcam or Dropcam Pro? Google Nest quit supporting them as of April 8, 2024.
If your Dropcam was active a year ago, you should have received an email notice from Google Nest with a replacement offer.

If you have a 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Camera and are getting a "not supported" message, that seems quite odd. We have one and it is still "Live" and online.
