Home and Away screen comes up but no live video, troubleshooting leads me to error, camera connected to another account, but am unable to factory reset or have option to delete device

Good luck getting an answer or a fix...Google cameras and the home app aren't fit for purpose never have been never will be. Mine have been faulty for over a year. If you're a prospective buyer take heed of the plethora of ongoing complaints and buy another brand. Google sell garbage then abandon the consumer.
