Nest cam outdoor battery not working

I have had my cameras for a year. They were working perfectly. Last night I received a notification my cameras were offline. I turned my wifi router off and on again. It reconnected but wouldn’t show the live video footage anymore and is saying live video unavailable. I have factory reset one camera to see if that would work, and it resets all the way until it get to download update and it won’t download. Then says there is a problem. I have updated my phone, my apps. I have checked my wifi and everything is how it should be except the cameras are still not working.

I had a similar issue when resetting my cameras and my problem was the wifi and mobile data were both active on my phone. I turned the mobile data toggle off and left the wifi toggled on and it all worked fine after that. Supposedly both being toggled on together can confuse the camera or home app when setting up the cameras... Thats if you have access to the network through your wifi router of course which you said you did so im assuming you do and the router is working correctly... Also I've seen the failure to connect or reconnect fault occur when the router password has been changed I've seen users have to resort to their old passwords to have them connect. I doubt this is your issue just throwing it out there... Im no expert just sharing with you what ive read and seen... Good luck with it all I know how frustrating it is my cameras haven't worked properly for over a year i just wish I'd bought another brand

@Ghjnbv, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Just to be sure, how did you perform the factory reset? Also, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? Let us know your update here.
