Wired outdoor nest cam has been working for 12 months then just stopped. I've done many factory resets. Waited 10 then 12 seconds and each time it returns to steady blue flashing light. On the Google Home app it doesn't find the camera. I've deleted the home and rebuilt again many times. The speaker is found every time but not the camera. I've tried close to the router and away from the router. I've restarted the router many times but still just blue flashing light. Ive looked through the post and haven't found one which resolved this issue. Any ideas?

We've had a Google Nest Battery Camera plugged in with the optional power cable for over 3 years, and it's always live and online.
All your steps seen correct, and the flashing blue status light should indicate it's ready to be connected. Maybe you could try contacting Support to determine whether the Wi-Fi mechanism in your Google Nest Battery Camera has failed and needs to be replaced (hopefully under warranty):
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Hi Stubbsy,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you need to reinstall your Google Nest camera, and I'm happy to assist you!
Before we proceed, I need to ask some questions to better understand the situation.
Can you see your device on the Google Home app, and does it say "offline"?
What is the error code that it shows when you try to reinstall?
I'll be awaiting your response.
Regards,
Manuel
