I am trying to set up my nest cam...it is asking if i have any other nest devices, i dont so i clicked no. i then get a prompt asking if i want to create a new nest network (i am not very familiar with all they high tech gadgets)do i create a new network? will that interfere with my home wi-fi?

If you do not have any other Google Nest devices, then the install process should be asking whether you want to set up a Google Nest "home/structure". I don't know why the prompt would call it a "new nest network". It will NOT interfere with your home Wi-Fi network; it is software that will run on your home Wi-Fi network.
In our case, we have just one Google Nest "home/structure" that we created when we got our first Google Nest Hello Doorbell 3 years ago. We just gave it our house number as the name of the "home/structure" but you can call it anything you want. You'll only see the "home/structure" when using the Google Home app (or the Google Nest app), and it lets your Google Nest devices interact. For example, if you want to view your new Nest camera on a Nest Hub, both the camera and the Nest Hub have to be in the same "home/structure".
