Nest cam spotlight geen wifi verbinding na nieuw account

Na overstappen van provider zijn de Nest doorbell en de Nest cam spotlight apparaten verwijderd uit de Google Home-app. Deze zijn op geen enkele manier toe te voegen. Ik blijf tijdens het toevoegen van apparaten steken bij 'Kan geen verbinding maken met wifi. Probeer het opnieuw of tik op "hulp vragen' voor meer oplossingen. 0.65

  • Met andere apparaten in huis krijg ik wel verbinding met WiFi. 
  • Alle google help-stappen al geprobeerd.

I understand it can be frustrating not being able to add your cameras back into the Google Home app, but don't worry, let's figure this out.

 

What are the status lights on your Nest doorbell and Nest cam devices? Since they were removed from the app after you changed internet providers and they now show as offline, it's important to follow this article on how to factory reset your Nest camera or doorbell.

 

Make sure the device you're using to pair the cameras is connected to the same network as the one you want the cameras to be connected to and that Bluetooth is enabled.
