Nest cam will not connect

I cannot get my nest indoor cam to connect. It keeps telling me the password is wrong but I know the password is not wrong. It tells me to try and set it up on my computer by using a USB, but apparently the Mac set up they have is outdated and doesn’t work. End result, there is no way to connect the camera.

I am having the same problem! I'm going to bring me remove the doorbell off the account and put it back on it will connect but then automatically disconnect non-stop from the nest app. Super annoying not worth the money

I’m having similar problem. Brand new nest indoor wired cameras. Get through Google Home setup process to entering Siri password but it can’t connect. Tried a dozen times and verified password. Also made sure other devices (phone, tablet) are connected to same network and operating correctly. Tried using nest app but it tells me I have to use Google Home. Help!

Edit: not Siri passwoed. The Wi-Fi passwoed.

I'm sorry for the delay. When did it start happening? What's the exact error message are you getting? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.
