When I first install the best cam, everything went like clockwork. 2 weeks in and my broadband provider upgraded my WiFi to full fibre and a new router.
I have reconnected my display hub Google nest WiFi without issue but the cam will not reconnect
I've rest the cam, reset the router, uninstall home app and reinstalled. Checked network, changed network, deleted network and reinstalled. Every time the same. When it trys to connect it comes back with the same message, "can't connect, try moving closer"
Someone please help before it gets launched.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing with us what you've done. Let's see what's going on. To confirm, did you reset your Nest camera to the factory default or you just perform a simple restart? Do you have the battery or wired Nest camera?
