I am trying to just share live feed of my Nest doorbell without having to grant full access to Google Home and chatted with Support. The best solution they could offer was to create a second home structure just for the doorbell and invite members to that structure, but this then disconnects/isolates the doorbell from any other devices (e.g Google Hub). I miss the days when you could just share out the live feed of your doorbell camera through Nest.
And the kicker is that I’ve already added the doorbell to my first home structure. In order to move it, I need to rip the doorbell off my brick, factory reset, reinstall all over, reseal bc it didn’t completely sit flat in the brick, and then add to the second structure. This is so inefficient.
