Nest cam

My outdoor battery nest cam has gone off-line.I have followed instructions but it still will not go back online

I think your best bet is to speak with an actual Google Nest tech.  You can get one on the phone using this link.  Be ready to spend about an hour as the process of debugging something like this can take a while.
