Nest camera delay notificatiom

Still getting late delay notifications from my Nest doorbell to my phone.... people are getting in their car and leaving before my notification that alerts me someone is at the door... been having this trouble for 5 years. Seen many community remarks on the same thing. I don't see that anyone has addressed this flaw.. can somebody help. This camera is useless to me if this doesn't get fixed.. probably going with a competitor and ditching this piece of junk if it doesn't get addressed  for an answer

• Have you invited other people to your home in the Nest or Google Home app?
• Is the same issue happening on other mobile devices?
• The issue happened when you were connected to WiFi or a cellular network?
• How far is the doorbell from the WiFi router?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
• What is the make and model of your mobile device?
