Camera is turned off and it says “Device off • Device unmounted”. I tried to check in setting and the “camera mount” is not an option. Is there any other way to fix this? I also restarted the camera and the app and still doesn’t work
Is your doorbell mounted securely in the mounting bracket? I think there is a small magnet somewhere that is supposed to determine whether the doorbell is mounted.
