Hello,
I am reaching out because my Nest Doorbell keeps going offline. I have followed every troubleshooting step suggested, including restarting the device, checking my Wi-Fi network, resetting the doorbell, and reinstalling the app. The doorbell will reconnect for a short period of time, but then it goes offline again.
Since I have already tried all the recommended solutions, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know what additional steps I can take or if a replacement may be necessary.

You could contact Support to see if they will replace the doorbell:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
