I used the nest indoor camera flawlessly for the last year and 7 months. I never had an issue with it. We are in the process of moving and I unplugged the camera to move it to repair the drywall that it was mounted on and after I plugged it in it will not power on! I called the support line and they did all the troubleshooting they could and said the issue is with the camera. I found out my warranty expired this past April. I am very understanding but I believe if I pay $130 for a product I should be able to at least unplug it without it breaking. I’m very frustrated and any advice would be welcome.
