Nest camera won’t shut off when I’m home

Recently the home assist feature is not working. It doesn’t shut the camera off when I’m home.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Have you checked your settings to see if your assistant is still enabled on both devices? Are you manually having to Home Away/Assist via the app? Or is it not going automatically? Have you tried to Restart and/or Factory Reset your camera?
