Nest camera wont charge

Hi, 

When my battery was at 25% I brought in to charge, it didn't charge at all and is now 100% dead.  I cannot factory reset it and I tested the charger and cable with another device and that worked.  Help, is this just defective.  They are only a few months old and it hasn't even been cold yet.

Are you saying that your charging cord charges another Google Nest Camera (Battery) but not this one? If so, that sounds like a possible defective camera. You could try contacting Google Nest Support:
