Nest cameras now useless

We have two cameras that used to work perfectly prior to google taking over, now whenever I log into our account all we ever see is the blue spinning circle.

Our camera feeds never load, doesn't matter if i use the iOS app or try to access through the website.  It's not the camera's, they seem tot be working fine and all our other internet based apps and programmes and running. What is the point of even continuing with this subscription, help!

We’re sorry for the trouble and thanks for trying. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: what is the make and model of your iOS device? What is the version of your Nest app? What is your iOS version? When did you first encounter the issue? Does this happen often? Also, what’s your internet download and upload speed?
 

Give these steps a try:
 

  1. Switch your connection from WiFi to cellular data.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall your Nest app.
  3. Sign out from your Nest app, then sign back in.
  4. Restart your Nest Outdoor cameras, unplug them from the power outlet, wait for 60 seconds then plug them back in.
  5. Restart your modem or router, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for 1 to 2 minutes then plug it back in.
