Nest cameras won’t connect with Google home updates.

I’ll get a notification of someone seen, but won’t show it when I go over to history.

Quiet day at home  no updates at this time.

I hit refresh- but still no change.

it does this on both cameras and door bell.

I am having this same issue!! I even signed out of home, deleted the app and redownloaded it with no fix. Hopefully Google can fix this ASAP.

Currently i have nearly 40 emails in correspondence with google support dating back 2 weeks. The whole time ive been telling them its their home app the whole time as per usual Google are blaming everything else except their app and their products. Just more google rubbish everything google is just rubbish only fit for the rubbish tip.

I have read hundreds of complaints on different social media sites about this happening. Googles engineers have  idea they are bewildered by it all i think it is actually beyond their pay grade.

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. Could you all try to reinstall the Google Home app again and observe if it makes a difference. Using another phone will also help us isolate this.

Regards,

Juni
