My doorbell and camera worked great for the first couple months and now neither will connect to the wi fi. I've rebooted the router, Uninstalled the Google app n re installed but the camera and doorbell will not connect. Any suggestions or help or tech support will be appreciated.

Have you by any chance changed your Wi-Fi settings (network name and password)?

I am having the same issue. I spin while it tries to join and then get a something went wrong and exit set up. My internet company was bought out and I have a new router. Nothing has worked!

No haven't changed anything, doorbell n camera will not connect to the wifi. I've even factory restored both of them and still nothing.

@Deanster and @Cwhite that certainly hasn’t been easy for you. I have a quick question before diving in deeper. How far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What is the light status of your Nest camera?
