Nest doorbell and camera both running out of battery

Hi, I’ve just purchased a Nest Doorbell and Camera.

Both are running out of battery in 1-3 days from a full charge.

I have it on the battery saver setting and motion notifications turned off.

Does anyone know why this would be happening and what I can do to fix it?

Mine only lasted 3 weeks with minimal usage and that's bad, but yours just needs replacing.
