Nest doorbell battery difficulty removing it to charge as well as unavailable video

Epic run around with Google "customer service" and no solutions going on three months!!

First nest doorbell worked well enough no video issues but cracked glass so recieved a replacement...

Replacement is junk. All the connection issues, unavailable live feed and history majority of the time. Hit or miss if video shows on nest hub when doorbell is pressed. Still all the alerts and recorded events. Rarely able to watch any though.

Nothing has changed... ISP, location, installation, amount of use etc. yet all the issues with this one.

Provided account access, screenshots, device info, resets, detailed descriptions of the issues, updates on the issues and got absolutely no where with Google agents.

Well except for the one that said they'd send a replacement before the other agent swooped in and completely ignored when I asked about said replacement that they now refuse to honor.

Emailed with that agent who absolutely ignored any questions asked and responded with a copy paste response of me providing feedback and the ironic end to please contact them if I have any other questions. Um just the questions you keep ignoring...

Feedback provided, so whenever they deem to respond we'll see if that magically fixes all **dramatic eyeroll**

Most recent agent "assured" me that the agent whom I was emailing will "help" me after submitting feedback. I questioned them multiple times on that tried to get the unanswered questions answered and was effectively dismissed and 2 plus hour ended by the agent with again no resolution.
